1 /5 Basil Storm: My mom was on the waitlist for this place because she’s been very stressed out lately. Yesterday night they called and offered her an appointment due to a cancellation, which she took. She was extremely excited about it. Today she arrived for her appointment and was told that the man from yesterday didn’t put her in the books, so they gave her appointment away to someone else. Very unreliable place.

5 /5 Christine Devers: Love the team at the Hand and Stone in New City. Brandy gives thee best facials. James the manager is awesome and gives amazing massages. Every person i have encountered at this location exceeds expectations and I have high expectations. They have great BOGO gift cards specials. 1 /5 Meaghan Paisley: I used to be a member of this Hand and Stone many years ago. I went in for a facial today as a non member. I went on their website, chose the services that I wanted and booked online. I went for the facial and I paid and then I got a call later saying that they made a mistake in their computer and for some reason I was given member pricing? (Even though the pricing I got matched what they advertised online.). And that they charged my card on file for the difference. I can’t imagine how this is an appropriate business practice. Beware, they may charge you more than what you get quoted for online. Unfortunate for them because for $10 they lost a customer for life. I will not be going back to this location again. If you live in Rockland, I would suggest making the extra trip to the Allendale location. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

The experience was beyond relaxing and just what I needed. The entire staff was professional and welcoming. I’ll definitely be booking my next facial soon. Highly recommend!
