2 /5 Samantha Mason: I called about a specific problem with my truck, was told they would figure it out when I brought it in. Upon getting it returned to me, the very apparent problem (missing and loose bolts in the drive train) were not fixed. Had the problem been resolved I would have given a much better review due to the suggestions and flexibility that was given to me with my crazy schedule, but the lack of care on fixing what I specifically called about leads me to a low review.

4 /5 Mello Brown: The guy knows his cars! I got a hub baring and exhaust flange repair here. Very friendly and respectful business man. Just let him know ahead of time when to bring it in the car and he will do the best he can to help. Decent cost of price and might recommend what other work can be done on it. Thanks Paul!

Julia Vinarub: Absolutely horrible experience! Not sure what the mans name was but he has white short hair and was incredibly rude. Yelled at me in his parking lot because he thought I was trying to cut through his parking lot when I was not. I repeatedly apologized and said I was sorry for something I hadnt even done. He was what I would call a man Karen. Also like to add Im 17 and as he continued to yell at me I started to cry and he continued to scream at me. I continued apologizing and he continued threatening. What kind of horrible person screams at a 17 year old girl who is crying and is apologizing. I do not recommend this establishment.

Luvly CLF: This was a new experience at Vince Auto Body Works shop. Staff were quite nice and informative. Made process with insurance company stress-free and smooth. Especially Walter & Ricky. Repairs were done in a time manner. In fact the repairs were done 2 days early and the repair work looks amazing! I will use them again outside insurance claim.

Chris Cullen: I had the unfortunate experience of a deer jumping in front of my car and ruining the front of the body. Tom worked with me and insured the repair of my car, not only with replacement parts but with some aftermarket parts I provided. Him and his techs did a superb job at fitting everything back and making my car driveable again like nothing ever happened. The price wasnt too bad either, but I wont say its cheap work. I think the outcome was very fair, and Ill likely have more work done in the future.
