4 /5 Jaz: I come here every now and then. No appointment is needed. However, you can make one. Staff is friendly and quickly acknowledges their customers as soon as you enter. Prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons near the area. I do think that they could use a refresh of colors. The color books pretty much have the same colors for the past 2 years Ive gone there. Their nail art is also a bit dated. I usually do gel manicure and gel pedicure. Ive done ANC here, too. Its not too bad.

3 /5 Nat: I live less than 5 minutes away, yet I only go here on an emergency basis... Generous 3 stars because they are always available... BUT BLACK WOMEN BEWARE, EXPECT LESSER QUALITY SERVICE. No rudeness or any mean racism.. just less effort and attention to detail. I got a full acrylic French set today. The tech used white tips, which I thought would give a more crisp result. But not so. He didnt fully remove the clear chrome I had on my nails, so it is visible on some nails. Also, he didnt let me go wash my hands after all the filing and drilling, and so there is a lot of dust and bubbles. $55 Took a little less than an hour.

Meems E: Just no. Poor customer service. Beyond poor. Excuses excuses... In this day and age we are ALL busy so we work our schedule around posted business hours. If you cant accommodate that then change your hours. Walking in an hour before close of posted business hours closing and being turned away because you have an exam is ridiculous. If you need to change hours to accommodate your school schedule then fine. But driving to a location within an acceptable time frame only to be turned away when I also have many responsibilities and time constraints is unacceptable. Otherwise I would have loved to come during the "sweet spot" of hours.I also am in the customer service industry so I have to accommodate those people when Im at work and do so happily. However, that only gives me so much time to do things like my nails when Im not working or doing continueing ed, etc etc etc ...

June Truth: Wonderful customer service. The guy in charge is really nice and listens to what you need. The manicurist Ping did a wonderful job and was always careful not to hurt me or cause me pain (I needed to remove my gel nails) Prices are reasonable and they maintain safe distance all the time. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they didnt check my temperature with a digital temperature scanner when I arrived. I think all salons should do that given the current circumstances. Other than that, they are doing a really good job.

Gisselle Tirado: I LOVE this place. It quickly became my favorite. I tried a few places in Staten Island but this one is the winner! Everyone is so nice. The woman that did my nails took great care of me, cleaned my cuticles nicely, and did a great job on my shape and design. I am picky about my shape and every time i asked her to change/fix something, we was patient and had a great attitude. My nails lasted a whole MONTH! I will be going back next week for my fill in and I am so excited!

Lisa Velez: This was my first time visiting and I absolutely loved my experience, I had a Gel Mani & Pedicure Done and I felt 110% pampered and taken care of here which is something I haven’t felt at a nail salon in a long time, I actually felt like they cared about the service they were doing, my nail tech and pedicure person took their time and painted my nails with precision, very very clean salon as well, it is small so I would advise to make an appointment just to make sure you won’t wait long. I will be returning here , everyone was very pleasant and welcoming had a very good and relaxing experience, and my nails came out absolutely stunning most importantly , thank you !
