1 /5 Tanya Phelps: Problem with insurance denial in September, office was supposed to get back to me and schedule follow up in October. In November, they said they were working on it and would get back to me. I have called and called continuously since November, and now end of April they still won’t return phone calls or let me know what’s going on. So don’t go here expecting a caring functional office staff. Hygienist was awesome though.

1 /5 melissa bridges: I will not be returning. From the anxious, nervous and inexperienced staff creating anxiety for me as the work in my mouth, dropped crowns, broken crowns, 3 visits which should have been one, 30 minutes in the waiting room, curt front desk staff and bookkeeping staff. I am guessing it may not be a great place to work and that leads to the personnel issues. I had to select a start to post this- but I would give no stars.

2 /5 Austin Kuntz: I keep being asked to do this review via text and email so I will do it. The whole first visit felt like a pyramid scheme sales pitch. I was told I NEEDED to get these 6 other procedures/purchases 1st needed a laser gum treatment, 2nd was a waterpic (They put one on my bill before I really agreed found 1 on amazon 50% off before I left and said no thanks to thiers. So far I do like the product though) 3rd and 4th were 2 crowns on teeth. 5th was a flouride varnish (which I have always gotten free with any dental visit with previous providers), and 6th I need a custom built mouthgaurd for grinding from their lab. I was told by the dentist, who looked at me for 2 minutes, that the product I currently use are crap and need to get their products and procedures. Not a great first impression.

5 /5 Robert Baerga: Greatest experience ever! The absolute best Dentist and best staff. The entire place is also very comfortable, high tech, and clean. I have to add that Deb is by far the best asset this company has. Her experience is evident in the way she perfects temporary crowns, her advice puts patients first, and her mannerisms are completely professional; I feel most at ease when she is the one who works on me.

5 /5 Danielle Martin: The Dr was very informative, tech was super sweet, communication was perfect and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. No pain after extraction either wish they took my regular insurance.
