Colleen S: Awful. The chic never smiled, she had to keep stopping to answer the phone and help walk ins because the girl next to her was too busy talking with her friends to take a turn. I asked for layers, and have watched my daughter cut my hair in the past, there are no layers in my hair. I wont be going back.
