5 /5 Tracy Sayre: Everything about this experience was so smooth and painless. The front desk was really friendly and thorough explaining everything and putting my mind at ease. There was no wait time when I arrived to the office. They immediately took thorough X-rays and confirmed the need for a root canal. The procedure was less than 45 minutes and they took several X-rays to confirm that they got the whole canal. Because I was doing a back molar every other office told me it would take two hours. Im so glad I went here instead!

2 /5 Scott Marzigliano: I barely ever leave neg reviews, with that said, Staff is very friendly and prompt. The entire consult plus 3d was $475!!? Be careful if they dont participate in your plan you will be paying top dollar. Call around and get cash pricing which is what I did to save a ton. When I drove up there I thought they participated in my plan but I would have to pay my portion up front, this one of being incorrect (phone miscommunication?). They do NOT participate in my plan (they are on the list) and you have to pay the entire fee which at almost 500 just for a consult is incredible. I drove 40 min x2 and wasted almost 500 when I could have payed cash locally which ALL diag imaging is included in the root canal. Shop around!

5 /5 Abby Adams: Both the staff and the dentist were friendly, professional, and quick. They communicated clearly throughout the scheduling process, the procedure itself, and the follow up afterward. It was a very positive experience for a root canal!

4 /5 DANIELLE DAVIS: Dr Milne and his whole staff made the whole root canal process very easy and less scary

1 /5 Michelle Kornhauser: I went to Dr. Milne to have him examine a root canal that I had done that was causing me a lot of pain. He examined the tooth and did extensive imaging and told me that he would not recommend treating the tooth again. I decided to get a second opinion and when I went to the next endodontist he found that there was an entire 4th canal that had not been treated. Additionally there were issues with the canals that had been treated (they were not filled properly) and this was the reason for my pain. I felt that this was a very basic thing - an entire 4th canal that had not been treated - that Dr Milne, with all of the imaging he did, should have found. I paid a lot of money for my visit and do not feel that it was done in a competent way. I called to discuss this with Dr. Milne and he never called me back. When I called back several weeks later to try to talk to him again the receptionist was very rude to me and basically laughed at my frustration and hung up on me. I do not feel that Dr. Milne Is a competent person to trust to have your teeth evaluated and the staff clearly do not care about their patients.
