St. Patricks Cathedral - New York Rachael Wright: Even if you aren’t Catholic I suggest going to mass to see this place being used in the format for which it was built. I’ve been to major futbol stadiums in Europe and you’re always stunned by the size, but the fullest experience comes from seeing it full of people, unified on a single thing. In this case, it’s the Eucharist, but don’t worry - you don’t have to take communion, and if you’re not Catholic you shouldn’t - so just stay in your pew and enjoy the music.
