Everyone is always so welcoming, she reviews what we are going to do for that particular appointment, I am always offered and served delicious coffee, and Rebecca takes her time to make sure I am pleased when she is finished. An astounding yes always. Terrific people, knowledge of hair and customer satisfaction.

All of the staff are friendly and fun to spend the afternoon with. After trying several different salons in central New York from Rochester to Syracuse, I can safely say that Industry Salon is # 1!
