5 /5 Bridget B: I finally was able to get back to the salon to have my hair done professionally, I was definitely missing out during that lapse of time. Suzanne is still my go to for coloring/cutting/styling my hair. She gives tips on how to maintain the hair style she does so I can replicate it(not as well as her, but I try). She does an awesome job and Ive received many compliments. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxed.

5 /5 Nora Hoodmaker: Decided to do the big chop and Jenel made me confident in my decision by making sure it was what I wanted before it was all gone. She asked questions to know exactly what I wanted and was able to produce just that! She made me completely comfortable with saying goodbye to 6 inches and I trusted she would make my hair look amazing. Ive gotten so many complements that I cant wait to go back to Jenel to see what other amazing things she can do with my hair.

5 /5 Kathleen Saville: After moving to Syracuse, Ill make that special trip back to Lockport just to get my hair done... Dont trust anyone else with my hair, hands down the best atmosphere and people working here! They will accommodate anyone. Refer all my friends here and everyone LOVES it!

1 /5 Cindy Moretti: This salon doesnt answer the phone, even when open. David 1. Gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. It was such a mess he did not charge me. 2. I have to go through the holidays, as well as the next year. For it to grow out. He has earned this review because it is yrue, and I am angry when I asked what he had done he said. I needed to explain better. Really. I brought a photo of myself with the correct cut, and held a hair magazine throughput with pictures open and marked
