5 /5 Molly Cox: Diana is excellent! I trusted her with a pretty big hair transformation - 14 inches off - and she delivered. She gave me an amazing, chic blunt bob and I’ve already been back twice to maintain it. Her level of talent with cutting is something I’ve had a hard time finding in Albany, and I’m so glad I did find her. She is also a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Diana to anyone.

5 /5 Tara Davis: I’ve been going to the same stylist my since I was 10 years old because every time I try going to somebody else (because they’re closer), I’m NEVER satisfied with my hair (I’m finicky). So I was debating driving 4 hours to my OG stylist or trying somebody in this area…and I absolutely LOVE my hair. I had Carmelina and she was so good..she just really seemed to understand effortlessly make my hair look absolutely perfect! For the first time in 25 years, I found another hair stylist! Yay :)

1 /5 Natalia Romanoff: Very unfriendly and pretentious hair dressers. If you are not white they treat you horribly. I had my hair done by Jessie and Christina. Both don’t know what they are doing with hair. My bill was in 200s and hair looked same as before. Also they are very overpriced with cuts and color. It’s not worth your money or time!!! The front desk doesn’t know how to help customers either. And last but not least their coffee machine is always broken. No coffee ☕️ for anyone.

Iris Duggan: I absolutely LOVE coming here. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and everything smells amazing. I always get my hair done by Samantha (Sam), and she always does the best job. She is super nice, friendly, and is great at cutting all kinds of hair, including curly. If you come here to get a haircut, I would 100% recommend getting it done with her.

Amber Lynn: Leo is a little firm and will hold your hand hard, but the work is beautiful. I have only been twice and my nails look very pretty each time, had Evan the first time and he was very gentle. The massages with the service is great. Update: I got home and saw that the skin of my fingers looked like they were filed as well. I put on some liquid bandage and they healed up.

Emma Vandehey: PLEASE BEWARE: THIS SALON IS UNSANITARY! He cut me open 4 times and never put antiseptic on the cuts, just kept working. None of the tools or bowl were sanitized or washed between customers, he reused someone else’s nail file and buffer on me, and he did not wear gloves even after cutting me open. I should have stopped the service and left but I’m not a confrontational person. I am 6 months pregnant and now have two infected toes because of this salon. I called to complain and was told to come back in, which is not something I ever plan to do. As far as the customer service goes, make sure you bring cash. If you don’t (which they don’t tell you to do on the phone) they will shame you in front of all of the other customers. I wish I could give zero stars. Edit to add: four days later and my gel nail polish was peeling off my hands. I went in to talk to the owner and she blamed me for the infection and the gel polish. Do not go here.

Lisa Saunders: Always recommend this nail salon. Lee is the best nail tech and owner. I cant say enough positive things about her and the shop. Her brother, Michael, always gives me the best pedicure too.

A N: Wonderful nail salon. Was my first time there. Very nice bunch of ladies as well as very skilled. For an ANC full set with tips and I am obsessed with these nails. Very affordable and I will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful job.

Caroline Horizny Mitchell: I’ve been going to Cinderella Nail for years. I like getting ANC on my finger nails and they are always responsive to my requests and the quality is great. I just started doing pedicures and they are SO relaxing and take a long time which is good because you are paying for it. I recently brought my best friend there and she liked it too, and my husband who had a foot massage/pedicure with no polish (obviously). Will definitely keep going back even though I live in Albany near other closer nail salons. The employees are very timely and friendly.

Prior I had been going to some of the better known spas locally, however the services offered, quality of the services and knowledge Jillian shares far exceed what I received anywhere else. She has a passion for what she does and it shows!
