1 /5 Bill Putman: They had my car for days multiple times, never called to let me know if it was ready after getting a diesel sensor and tire pressure system sensor changed, told me just to drive it and it would turn over just for my check engine light to turn on and my tire sensor to never turn off when I drive for a living. Over $900 in work to be back at square one and they left empty drink bottles and garbage in my car. NEVER AGAIN

Our car broke down on the day we arrived. We were stressed about how we would get back if it was a long repair. We phoned many garages and they were all busy, and couldnt see us until the next week. Taber also said they wr r busy. But one of their guys. Sorry I forgot his name. Came in at 6 am the next day and worked on the car. He fixed it that day. Hence saving our holiday. Fantastic, above and beyond service. Wish I lived here so that I could always use them.

The damages to my car were pretty significant ($10k-12k repair) and Winks made the claim and repair process extremely easy for me. The team that works in the front office (Gina and others) provided outstanding customer service and always kept me updated. I never had to reach out and check on anything, because they always gave me a well-timed update. When I got my car back, it looked and drove like nothing ever happened. Winks also cleaned the interior of my car, which was unexpected but awesome as my kids leave a lot of stuff in my car and it was nice to get my car back in an organized state. Thank you all!

Joshua Greenberg: GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT HERE! We came to do repairs on a muffler and brake pads, and ended up with a nightmare scenario. The Monro corporate office has gone above and beyond to provide awful customer service. This tire center installed a faulty tire rotor, which almost immediately proceeded to explode in a way that the mechanics said they had "never seen in all their years of work." We brought the car back in, they replaced the tire rotors, and when we asked if they knew how it happened or if they used a different lot to ensure quality they told us they had NO IDEA!! We asked for a refund to get the car repaired elsewhere, they agreed in the store, and then proceeded to delay, claim we do not have the proper paperwork, and otherwise make it appear that we were somehow at fault. This has taken several MONTHS of attempting to get a hold of customer service and have them respond to our refund request. I cannot believe a business like this can continue to operate in Ithaca.
