1 /5 Lisa Reed: The current receptionist is extremely rude and lies. A month ago she called me to change my appointment and didn’t inform me she was changing it to a different dentist . I didn’t want to go to a different dentist as I’ve gone to the same one for years. Then half hour prior to that new appointment she called me to say she needed to go over my insurance. I said I was driving and would discuss when I got there. When I got there I called in the parking lot because it wasn’t time for my appointment. Receptionist was gone but was informed of change of dentist so I requested rescheduling . I was rescheduled to today and was told if any insurance issues reception would call me in the meantime . Never called me . I got there today and she was very gruff with me when she took my insurance which hadn’t changed from last year and said “ we don’t take that”. So I said then I can’t come here . She said “ you owe us for your missed appointment “. There was no missed appointment. I rescheduled and I think if you don’t inform someone well before an appointment you no longer accept their insurance ( blue cross) then you shouldn’t charge them ( and for what , as I rescheduled ).I said I will not be paying as I am not at fault . Then she says “ we will see” . Completely rude woman . I have gone there for years but will never again . If you have no human decency and empathy you don’t belong in reception .
