    lovin jra: I can not say anything bad about Star Mails or the staff. Everyones friendly, accommodating and personable. They dont rush through the services and are still very efficient. Ive never had a bad experience.

    Tamara Wilson: Not happy with my experience. It was not very clean at all. I got my nails gel painted and theres gel all in my nail beds. On top of that it was $40 for just gel polish. The guy that did my nails was dripping in sweat. I will not be back. Is there a single good nail salon Fulton County? Stop going to these crappy places so they have to close. Between them and Sunny Nails idk whos worse.

    Lizzy Balon: They were really nice and my pedicure was great! It was my first time coming here. I got acrylics and though they’re a little bubbly (idk how else to explain it) they look pretty good! I didn’t have anxiety (which I normally do in nail salons) because it was a cozy environment and none of the nail techs made me nervous. It was also a very good price! For a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish, it was $95 in total. The only thing though is that the guy who did my acrylics hurt my cuticles and nails so bad. I couldn’t touch anything a few hours after getting them done and a day later (today) my nails are literally sore. I think he also pushed something under my thumbnail a little bit and it hurts so bad. I’ve never had my nails hurt after acrylics however when he was doing them it kind of hurt sitting on my nail so it might’ve been the chemicals, and I didn’t say anything so that’s on me. But he did make both of my thumbs bleed.

    Marja Cormack-Price: They do decent work for Batavia anyway BUT, don’t have another appointment in the same day, you won’t make it. I find it very unprofessional for a business to have schedule an appointment and you don’t get seen until 30 minutes of the appointment has passed. I made an appointment for 1130, it is now 1210pm. I slotted an hour and 15 minutes out of my day for this appointment, that should only take an hour. I won’t get out of here because the guy I made the appointment doing a manicure. This is not the first time this has happened which is why I don’t come here on a regular basis. I told my next appointment I will be there at 115 and I am still sitting here. I find this disrespectful, therefore this will be my last time coming back. BTW, this is the same day about 15 minutes after I left the shop which was 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment

    Amanda Becker: Despite all the mixed reviews, Ive had nothing but good experiences with this place! I get the dip powder done on my nails and they turn out great every time! Ive had the man once and his wife the other 2 times (Im not sure what their names are) but they both do a great job! Ive never had to wait too long to get in either. The place is very clean too.

    Alyssa S.: Beautiful salon, Madison was so great, and I enjoyed my pedi with her! She was very attentive and super sweet. The salon definitely is as described too, the lounge area is comfortable and relaxing, also loved browsing the boutique at the end of my service.

    Jodi Rae Baird: Amazing service and pricing. The younger man (I didn’t get his name) did my pedicure - INCREDIBLE! Especially being 8 months pregnant, he did wonders for my swollen feet. Dan did my gel set and also incredible job!! He even added a touch of design after hearing my baby shower was this weekend and helped me with my color choice. 10/10, will totally be coming back!

    Cassy E: Karen is the absolute best out there! She has been my hairdresser for several years now. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. In fact most times I tell her to just cut my hair to make it look better and healthier and she never fails to amaze me. I even trusted her to do my hair for my wedding and she of course did even better than I could have imagined! If you are looking for a great hairdresser that is reliable, highly knowledgeable about her profession, and incredibly skilled in what she does give her a call right now!
