1 /5 Delci Rodriguez: I am all for supporting local, neighborhood establishments but not this one. I went in for a last manicure on a Saturday. Can someone help me understand how a weekly manicure is 8 dollars but on a Saturday its 15 dollars? The woman who claimed she was the manager was rude and making disparaging remarks in Spanish. I understood everything the woman said. Needless to say, I shall not be going back here and I will not referee anyone here. Its a shame because Maya the owner was not present.

1 /5 Nada El asri: I like small businesses but this one is a disaster ! I am not sure where they get their products from ! But I am sure its cheap if not expired ones ! Straight After an eyebrow waxing she applied a cream on my face that smelled like roses ! Cheap roses !I got a very bad irritation... without hesitation they applied vaseline on my face and once they saw it was getting bad they brought me the aloe vera cream ! The hairdresser was rude ! Harsh and she was talking to herself in spanish (I guess she was cursing) Communication with them was almost impossible since they speak only spanish !

1 /5 Cielo Alisson: Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a good manicure with acrylics. The lady who did mine left them looking bulky and thick (plus a bit crooked). When I showed her a picture of what I had wanted when I asked for them "square" she said I shouldve been more "specific" about the shape. They look awful. I will be filing them further myself and repainting them. I cannot express my frustration enough.

Diana G: I just came out of the salon! I gave 5 stars bcuz they listened to me as a customer. I was surprised they double-checked what I wanted before they started working on my hair! Amazing! I had bad experiences with other salons so I was very scared! I came to color my hair. It came out soft and subtle just what I needed! Just soft highlights for fall season! They darkened my highlights a bit because my processing didnt come out light enough. I dont know! The bleach was on for 40+ minutes. I am not sure what volume they used. I have very thin hair and alopecia so, I was scared my hair was going to fall off. They worked me with me though. Plus I came in to the salon with orangey brown hair. The end result was beautiful! Its very subtle with my original orangey brown. The only suggestion would be more foils. Especially the insides of my hair. I also wanted to see more blonde in the insides of my hair so when I tie up hair my hair, I can still see highlight. If they were annoyed with me its okay. I had to speak up to communicate what I needed. And I got what I needed! -also it is in my budget! Was happy about that! I think I found my new salon! Very in love! I will be coming back!

I wanted to get a blue dye and By the 2nd day my hair was yellow. I needed an explanation and she denied, I ask her for a refund and she refused. It’s incredible..how easy is for her to say that “is not her problem” $175 For a hair dye that came off by the 2nd day. THATS CRAZY! LADIES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!, somewhere that can actually do a better job then here.. SERIOUSLY!!! Trust me! Zoila is not responsable, she is NOT PROFESSIONAL SHE IS THE WORST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

They are very honest to me and recommend treatments that will make my hair healthy and avoid damage. This past Friday I was treated like a queen, I got a free make-up, they offer snacks and coffee. I got a discount in my haircut as well. They always go above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional customer service and personalized experience!
