Nicole Wronkoski: This was years ago but I was looking at dentist reviews and decided to share my experience. I needed a root canal. I had insurance but limited for copay. When I asked how much it would cost all together, dr. Zang hesitated then said something around $350. When Dr. Zang left the room, her assistant told me I was lied to. I said she said that much then thats how much shes getting. She did the work but proceeded to call my DAD not telling me with a bill of $1,400. AFTER INSURANCE. (I was 25 years old at the time) My dad was poor but was backpaid social security and was finally feeling not buried in bills. Well lily Zang basically stole that money from him. I paid him back gradually. never went back.

Terry Sullivan: I spent $3500 on one implant and a crown. The implant fell out but Dr. Pai refuses to give me credit or refund any of the money I wasted on this disaster. I had one of my upper teeth extracted which left an empty space which was noticeable when I smiled or just opened my mouth. I had planned to get a removable partial denture, but Dr. Pai said I would not be happy with one and talked me into getting an implant for which he charged me $2,000. He then sent me another denist who put a crown on the implant and charged me $1,500. Then the implant (and the crown) fell out and Dr. Pai said there was no use installing another implant because the same thing would happen again. He could not explain why he hadnt foreseen that an implant would not work in my situation. So I still have an empty space in my upper teeth and am $3,500 poorer. I do NOT recommend this dentist.

( And thats if you call EVERY day and remind them) Meanwhile you are sitting around suffering without your medications! This is unfair and its as simple as going on the computer and pushing a few buttons. Its really crazy to be honest!!
