Helen Zouvelekis: “I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan for the past 10 years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly understanding and supportive. Throughout the years, she has consistently provided excellent care, always taking the time to listen and address any concerns with compassion. I truly appreciate her dedication and expertise. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Sullivan is the one!”

Diana Matos: Took my friend who was referred by his primary doctor & waiting parking is basically in front of entrance to the building; however, for people with a stroller or wheelchair its not easy entertaining the facility because the doors are not automatic so someone definitely needs to hold the two doors to allow the stroller or wheelchair to enter the facility. People seem friendly yet a bit inpatient.

Elizabeth Thomas: So disappointed. I was so excited when I found this practice and Dr. Bloch, the caring midwives and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I find Dr. Saint Jean a sad replacement for Dr. Bloch. She seems like she is always in a hurry (even when youre the only patient in the office), is dismissive, rude and condescending in how she addresses her patients. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking my first appointment with her was a fluke - surely an OBGYN couldnt be that uncaring. The second appointment was even worse. I want someone kind, compassionate and caring by my side, not someone who made it seem like I was wasting her time. Really sad because the rest of the staff is lovely.

J.R: Doctors and treatment were all great, but the cleanliness was lacking.

Chris Mulvaney: I would love to call this office and thank them for my diagnosis but never can either find a number or the number I do have my calls are not returned. Oh they also double billed me for a procedure my insurance covered. This is why i need to speak with them. If I could get in Touch with someone that would be great. They actual saved my life by finding a tumor Northern Dutchess ER missed with MRI, and Catscan.

Jennifer Vande Zande: After ordering a host of tests for a serious medical issue, I didn’t hear back. I called the office and was told I needed to make an appt. Got to the office, was then told they don’t accept my Blue Cross, and that I needed to pay out of pocket ($400). I pulled out my HSA card and was told they don’t accept cards … and that I couldn’t get my results without an appointment. Since almost two months had gone by, I decided I needed the results so that I could find other care. They directed me to an ATM because I couldn’t pay after the appointment either. While I sat in the room, he stayed in the hall to read my results - which had been sent over previously; he didn’t even look at them until I got to the office and paid cash. Difficult to think that I’m seen as anything more than an opportunity to make money. Really, really disappointed. (Also there’s a sign on their door that says you must not enter without a mask and they don’t have any to give out. If you don’t have one, you’ll have to reschedule … an office without a patient portal, or reminder calls where they could mention things like needing to bring cash to get your test results and wear a mask - it’s like they’re looking for every opportunity NOT to provide patient care).

Francine: I have been a patient of Dr.Isabell for almost 20 years. He always listens carefully to my concerns. He orders the right test and explains everything in a way that is very easy to understand. I have severe anxiety and a large family history of cancer. I have so much confidence in Dr.Isabell that it really is a luxury that I know I am getting the best possible care. That is the greatest comfort to be able to leave everything in his hands . I love his nurse Jean too. She is also very caring and professional. Dr.Isabell is the perfect combination of brilliance and kindness. I am so grateful to have him as my primary doctor.

Hypnosis And Magic: Excellent service. Excellent doctor in the Hurly mountain road branch. My wife went in with an ever expanding, pus filled whatever, under her armpit, that was keeping her awake over the last few nights. The doctor, was very patient with my wife, drained it and gave clear, concise instructions. Much better than the local emergency, hospital rooms in the area.

Vanessa Reagan: While the majority of the staff is pleasant, over the last 7 months I have been a patient here, I rarely see the same doctor, so there is no ability to build a relationship. I don’t feel like I’m being listened to sometimes and it shows. There have been no less than 3 appointments where whichever doctor I was seeing had no idea I was on a particular medication because although I’ve gone over my history and detailed my current medications while doing new patient paperwork, it never makes it on my file. Scary. When I saw one of the numerous providers I’ve seen for the first and only time, one of my prescriptions was never called in and it took me 7 phone calls, numerous “escalations” and TWO WEEKS to get my prescription called in. Mind you, no one called me, I had to call them numerous times. I am way too busy to deal with this aggravation and this place is adding stress to my life. My husband was at an appointment there and his blood pressure had been taken by the nurse’s aide. When the doctor came in she was very alarmed over my husband’s “dangerously high” blood pressure and was about to send a prescription over to our pharmacy for high blood pressure when he stopped her and let her know he never has high blood pressure. The doctor took it again and what do you know? Totally normal reading. I guess they track the blood pressure readings they take at every appointment as well as they track which medications their patients take.
