She is so patient with me when she has to do any procedure on me since I never use Novocain even on a root canal! I wouldn’t ever trust any other Dr! My insurance has changed and now doesn’t cover Dr. Kits visits but I will still be a satisfied and devoted patient of hers!

I left my every-6-month cleaning appt today and on the way out, as I rescheduled for the next cleaning, presumably in 6 months, I was given a date in mid-January 2026, ten months out. If you cannot provide dental cleaning every six months and need to make patients wait 10 months, something is wrong with your office capacity/scheduling/management.

Lynne McCrann: Dr Parsons has been our dentist for 6 years. We think hes awesome, thoughtful, sensitive to scardy cats like me!!, and conservative in his practice. If he can save a tooth I think he will. His office staff are very nice. The office is very tastefully appointed...no frills. Easy to find. Special Note: Very responsive to after hours urgent calls. I recently had to call on a Saturday morning. He answered. I was all set within an hour.

Lint Cleastwood: Terrible group of women at this practice. Rude and condescending. If you have Medicaid they will treat you like dirt. Having bad anxiety I told them that and they rudely asked why I had anxiety. Anyone with brains knows that is not how you deal with an anxious patient.

I have extreme anxiety with dentists they used to have to hold me down as a kid to clean my teeth… so I put off getting my wisdom teeth our for 15 years.. They explained the extraction procedure for my wisdom teeth thoroughly and were so professional throughout the entire process. And explained how easy it was and how long it would take. If I ever need work done in the future I will be back. One of the cleanest buildings as well. Dr. K and his team were amazing. Thanks again!
