Visiting the dentist office can be stressful not to mention trying to utilize a new dental insurance plan. I was a bit anxious to say the least. Everyone from scheduling, exams, billing and cleaning was extremely patient with me. Thank you so much! Highly Recommend.
Orange County Dental - Middletown christine dawson: I have been using this practice for 30yrs. Unfortunately my recent experience was not positive. I was not notified of a change in providers. The new hygienist did not ask if I was having any issues before starting. I have had “deep” cleanings before but this time I could barely eat for 24 hrs as my teeth hurt. The hygienist did pause to ask if I was ok but at this point I just wanted it to be over and sucked it up.
Toothopia Pediatric Dentistry - Goshen chloe ferrier: Toothopia is the best pediatric dentist office!!!! Dr.B and her staff are amazing & they go above & beyond for their patients. They made me and my family feel so comfortable during the visits & with the treatment plans for my children. They are professional and caring. We have gone to other offices and nothing compares!
LosAndes Dentistry - Goshen Marissa Cherry: the staff and dentist here are so kind. it is so refreshing to know that i finally found a dentist who actually cares about me and takes their time to discuss options with me. i have had such bad experiences and this place makes you feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend going here. i’m happy to say i finally found a dentists who is compassionate and ethical.
Great Expressions Dental Centers - Goshen - Goshen DePew Crystal: If there was an option to give this place zero stars I would. Myself and my daughter had appointments scheduled together for today. However, only I was able to attend because I just came from picking her up from school because she was sick. So instead of bringing her anyway, to potentially get the staff and providers sick as well, I left her home because what did we learn from Covid… I did not have time to call and let them know and it likely would not have made a difference for their schedule because it was so last minute that I had to decide not to bring her. When I arrived and let them know my daughter couldn’t make it because she was sick, one of the girls whispered something to the other and then turned to me and said “normally we need a call 24 hours ahead”… I replied “she is sick”, 24 hours ago she was not sick! Hello! She then proceeded to whisper to the other girl again and informed me they would not be able to reschedule until December, 7 months from now. I stopped filling out my paperwork and said “no, nor will I be continuing with my visit here”. This was my very first time there too. People love conflict and control and it’s quite ugly. Next time I will be sure to bring my sick child to her appointment so she can spread the love. To be clear, this was the Goshen location.
