Quinton McLeod: Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the drivers side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service! If you have a Tesla and youre looking for a place to get your car looked at in the central New York area, this is the place to go!

I dropped the car off Monday evening [they have a drop-box for those who may need to come after they close; like myself!] for my Tuesday appointment. I had a call by 9am Tuesday with the issue and a full estimate, which was lower than I was anticipating spending. They had my car ready to go before 2pm that same day. Leslie Fuller: I was in an emergency situation. Called them on a Saturday to tow me out only a foot! Was forced to let them take my card as I was with a police officer. They ran my card without my permission for 272! I had to find my way to their shop and then in order to get my credit card back I had to sign the receipt without authorizing the $272 charge as they had already ran my card without me being present. I then had to sign the receipt in order for them to give me my card back.. They took advantage of somebody who is out of state and an emergency situation. All they had to do was pull my car out 1 foot. My car was only a half mile down the road from their shop.. Why charge $272 I understand 150 this is ridiculous to run a card without the owner being present that’s illegal.

Its my Journey: We got a flat tire on a Sunday and it was my moms birthday on top of it! But we were lucky to find them! They are open late and on a Sunday! AAA was going to take over two hours to get us and the shop would have been closed. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road and safe. If this experience is anything like what they offer well be back not only for the rest of the tires but anything out car needs!! Highly recommend this shop!!
