1 /5 Lo Mein: 0 stars if i could off customer service alone. I’m trying to figure out how they got all these good reviews. Friends? Family? I took my mom, we both wanted a wash and blow out, and we’re very happy to have found the place. Upon entry I said hello, and expressed that we called over the phone for a wash and blow out. My pleasantries was met with a stern and grumpy “ sit down” from the short older lady. I looked at my mom, she looked at me, because between the both of our grown selves, we couldn’t believe the tone and attitude we were met with, especially as first time customers. Within a few minutes I found another salon, and we walked out without a word since this shop served 0 respect. There are way too many salons to put up with that.

5 /5 Ambar Terrero: Just moved to Rockland County and was looking for a Dominican hair salon so I wouldn’t have to continue crossing the bridge. I called and spoke to Ana, who was extremely polite and informative. When I arrived, she greeted me and we discussed my current concerns with my hair. She gave me a multitude of options to see what was in my price range and what I was comfortable with. She took her time with my hair, even with washing it. She was extremely attentive and gave me the best blowout I’ve ever gotten…and I am picky so that means a lot. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend Ana!

5 /5 Daria S: The staff were very friendly and talkative - even though I don’t speak a lot of Spanish, I had a good time. No wait time, open on Saturday and it was a quick wash, cut and blow dry for $60. ITS CASH ONLY. I even got a haircut from Leidy herself which was very cool! Very happy with how my hair turned out and will be back!

5 /5 Sam Hi Hines: I stand corrected, salon is updated and very nice with decor and TV. Stylish. The owner is very nice and professional love the movement keep up the amazing work that you do. Its a priceless feeling to leave out of a salon feeling beautiful and confident as every women or being should.

1 /5 Janeth Pena: This place is horrible.They have the worst customer service and not only that they also don’t cut hair like a professional.I came here with my sister to get a haircut and the owner cut my sister hair sloppy & uneven we explained to her the problem whoever she was being disrespectful so we decided to leave and go get it done somewhere else!(She also demanded us to pay for the haircut which was only half done since we decided to stop her from cutting it) Before she did the rest because it was awful so if you want bad service this is the best place to go!
