Dr. Stan and team are hands down, mic dropped and house lights back on, THE BEST dental office around. Their customer service skills are fantastic. Biogenic Dental Corporation - Utica Alan Litvinov DDS: I always think that a review should objectively display info about business, and here is mine -- my lab closed, so a local representative from Biogenic Dental lab. made a comment for me to try them out. After sending 5 cases, and talking to Jeff, he decided to refund the money because -- they cannot match the shade A3.5 and always do A2, they discard the Wax Rims and all the markings, and high number of try-ins. You decide on your own if that level if incompetency should be the case in the industry !
Michael T. Lavelle III DDS PC - Yorkville Kristin N: Dr. Lavelle has been my dentist for over 12 years now. He was recommended to me by a co-worker who was a patient of his because he accepted our dental insurance. I am glad she recommended him and despite him no longer participating with my dental insurance, I am still a patient there. Their prices are still within the limits of my dental insurance and I only end up having to pay around $10 a year out of pocket. Dr. Lavelle is professional yet laid back and makes the visits feel comfortable, like you are visiting a friend. He has only recommended dental work that is truly needed. Cheryl is great and Teri is the best hygienist. I also managed to convince my husband who was extremely apprehensive about dentists in general to go there. He loves going to Dr. Lavelles office and would probably go more often if he had his say.
