1 /5 Tracy Molloy: So I went in and had my nails done by someone I just seen get yelled at by a customer, I really should have known better as she is doing my hands I immediately notice she is skipping steps.I pick a color out and notice as shes putting on its a different color u know to me at the time she cant speak English no surprise their I tell her and she gets the color I told her and proceeds to paint over the color I didnt pick.I then tell her I have never had a nail tech do that, she still doesnt understand me.I can feel my blood begin to boil and ask for her Manager I then attempt to explain to the manager what has happened, mind you it is the same manager who the other women was complaining to about the same nail tech.She doesnt ask me what happened she asks the girl who is doing my nails , I then flip out and say we are not gonna do that and speak in a different language in front of me about me.And I tell the manager we are either gonna get someone to fix my nails and get paid or I walk out right now.I also tell her the customer is always right.After some back and fourth I tell her Im not continuing this conversation I will not pay $80 and leave here unhappy.She then puts me in another chair and someone else fixes my nails and then that same Manager trys to make me pay an additional $25 I said absolutely not and you should learn customer service and English and I paid my original fee and I said you wont see me again ever!P.S.My nails still were done horribly.Worst experience I have ever had in my life at a nail salon in over 20 years!
