5 /5 Kristin R: We’ve been going to Lockport Dental as a family for years. They are great with kids…sunglasses for the bright exam lights and fun flavors for cleaning their teeth. I’m personally grateful that they listen to my concerns and are careful to not trigger any of my chemical sensitivities, going so far as to polish my teeth with a plain pumice mixture. Everyone is friendly and the hygienists and dentists are top-notch.

5 /5 Over the Hill and Far Away: I have been a patient of Dr. Shaw for 42 years. I moved out of town over 20 years ago but still make the 3 hour drive back to Lockport for all of my dental needs. The staff at Lockport Dental have always treated well and making appointments and billing have gone smooth. Dr. Shaw is hands down as good as it gets when it comes to a dentist. He is skilled, has vast experience and communicates everything to the patient to explain what needs done. If you are in need of dental care and are looking for a dentist who is caring, skilled and has a good staff then Lockport Dental is your answer.

I called to request a cleanng appointment, but I guess because Im on Highmark BC/BS paired with Medicare and over 65, they suddenly dont want me to be a patient anymore. I was pretty much told there were no appointments available with the hygienist Ive always seen. The quality of their work is excellent, but it appears that once youre over 65, they dont want you as a patient anymore.

5 /5 Joseph Zvolensky: Lockport Dental provides quality dental care. Dr. Todd Retell relates to his patients as family with his kind, warm demeanor that makes one assured they are in good hands. He is most thorough in his evaluations and recommended plan of action. He is as gentle as can be when doing work, always checking if all is ok. His work, fillings, crowns are done focused on a quality, lasting outcome. I am 110% satisfied. Dental Hygienists are also focused on quality dental care in a very pleasant manner. Dental assistants are most proficient and focused on care for the patient. The entire office staff provides pleasant, efficient service making appointments, scheduling, utilizing text appointment reminders and, accurate billing. Overall, my wife and I feel very fortunate to be in the care of Lockport Dental. Joe Z
