Im posting this review firstly to sing the praises of Lockport Orthodontics, but secondly to encourage other adults, no matter their age (Im 34), to make the jump and get that flawless smile you deserve. Dont be somewhat self-conscious for the rest of your life, be moderately self-conscious for a month or two until you learn that no one really cares that you now have braces. And theres really no better team to do that in the North Towns than Lockport Orthodontics.

Pop a bracket off because you just couldnt help but "test" a bunch of your kids trick-or-treating spoils? Theyll work with you on that and get it reattached the next business day. Curious about whats happening with each adjustment, or your timeline, or whether you can get rainbow colors for just a couple weeks to make your nephew happy? Theyll work with you on that!
Two standouts in my experiences. (1) Carrie at scheduling (and putting the literal polish on your retainer) is an absolute gem - amicable, helpful, knows her stuff, and really empathizes with whatevers going on that necessitates you calling to reschedule or set up an emergency visit. (2) Dr. Cavallari, who treats you with both the utmost attention, meticulousness, and duty warranted to make -- and I cannot stress this enough -- a truly impeccable smile, as well as good humor and a positive attitude for every visit. He and his team have been in the industry long enough to really understand just how excited you are to get your braces off towards the end of treatment, or just how tempting it might be to have a piece of candy that knocks out an attachment. Theyre human, theyve seen it all, and it absolutely shows.
Happen to have a birthday while going through treatment? Ya get the soft Oreos! But when you graduate and finally get your braces off, ya get the hard Oreos! Its a whole new take on the coming of age ceremony, and one of the many goodies I received from Dr. Cavallaris staff throughout the course of my procedure, from the starter kit to the congratulatory goodie basket.
I cannot recommend Lockport Orthodontics enough!
