She talked me through each step, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed! She is bubbly, informative and does a great job! This is 100% worth the money and Ive already booked my next appointment to go back!

I had a lot of congestion around my nose and Franki took her time and was gentle enough to remove my blocked pores. I will def go back to maintain a skin care routine. I want to try the head scalp she offers too.
