Surgical nurse "Allie " and the Surgical manager will have you being bounced around to different office extensions only to end up leaving unreturned voicemails. Extremely frustrating Trying to get to the correct individual for resolution.

It was clearly a very busy day for the hospital, but the staff kept things organized and kept people moving along. Once my husband got taken back, I was impressed with how quickly they got him hooked up to an IV, started treating him, and ran a myriad of tests. Every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and professional, and shout out to Nurse Denise who handled the majority of my husbands care. Thank you for taking great care of both of us.
