1 /5 Ms Quinones: Unprofessional! Does not care about his patients understanding seems to be in a rush.
I was supposed to have a procedure done with him and the nurse stated as she was prepping me for surgery with my IV that the doctor and I was supposed to go over and sign this yellow form TOGETHER in order to have the procedure done the doctor did come in to speak to me, but did not have me sign the yellow paper and neither did he so when the nurse came to get me right before the surgery, she looked at the yellow paper was like oh neither of you signed it I said no the doctor didn’t have it with him so the doctor comes with an attitude saying “I didn’t discuss what’s on the paper with you?” I said to be honest, I don’t know what’s on that paper because I never read the paper the paper was never in my presence The nurses had the paper so the conversation escalated and we both agreed to not have the surgery done , I understand he’s busy I get it but instead of him, apologizing for not having the yellow paper with him and signing it he basically accused me for not reading it. How can I read a paper that’s not in the room with me and they told me do not sign it until the doctor goes over it with you. The nurses were very kind and understanding. unfortunately, he is the only doctor near me so now I’m stuck with a kidney stone thank you, Dr. chehab
