1 /5 Kelley Sussman: No customer service at all , we arrived early for our haircut appointments me and my 85 year old Mom who is in a wheelchair, there was only one stylist working she looked up for the person she was working on and never said a word just went back to cutting her hair , we stood in the waiting area and 2 other worker came in walked right past us got hair dye from the back look right at us said nothing and left the salon then the hairwasher walked past us on her cell phone and she said nothing the stylist only acknowledge us after she walked past us to answer the phone and all she said was DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I told her yes 1pm & 1:30pm ( it was 1:10 when she asked) I will be right with you she then finished the womans hair and I thought okay just a little late but no she then took the woman into a different room to wax her eyebrows it was now 1:20 pm that is when me and my mom left,we will NEVER go here ever again. I would give no stars if I could.
