5 /5 Jax L: I have been going to Dr Jacome for years now and honestly I cannot speak highly enough about her and her team. My husband and I have long since left the White Plains area having moved further north, but we will never change dentists and happily drive the distance to only see her. I personally have had weak teeth after an accident in my childhood and after so many failed repairs I assumed Id be having them fixed quarterly. However, with Dr. Jacomes work I have gone years without needing repairs. I also have allergies to some ingredients (xylitol which is very common in oral hygiene products) and she has gone above and beyond doing research to find the best products for me. You will seriously not find a kinder, more thoughtful or more skilled dentist around.

When I lost part of my front tooth at age 16, Dr. Teich assured me he would fix it and no one would ever know the difference. 13 years later and no one has ever known! He just touched it up for me this week for my wedding day and it was the only part of wedding planning that was stress free because I knew I was in the best hands! On top of that, everyone in the office is SO wonderful and friendly. Truly cannot recommend them enough!!!!

One of our sons was a difficult case to begin with and Dr Aimee was amazing - patient, understanding and let him get comfortable so that the procedure went smoothly. Dr Dave always has the kids laughing and has served as a tremendous resource helping us understand orthodontic options - he breaks down information in very easy to understand terms. Our kids dont mind going to the dentist - which should speak volumes!

A J: Everyone in the office was very kind. The office was clean and very nice. The X-rays did wound my mouth, but I believe they did the best they could. I especially appreciated the dentist and that they did not push me toward unnecessary procedures like other dentists have in the past. The office did confirm my insurance details, but I was never informed that they were out of network. They did not inform me that I would have to pay $670 for the regular routine cleaning, oral cancer screening, and X-rays before the visit. I eventually did get reimbursed for less than half of that amount by my insurance, but had I known that they were out of network and that I would have to pay $670, I would have been able to make an informed decision before proceeding with their services. This was not an easy payment for a working student like me. Again, the services were great and I truly enjoyed the office, I just wish someone was transparent with me from the beginning. Hopefully the office and dentists will update what insurances they are in network for, especially on Zocdoc. If you are planning to make an appointment, you may want to confirm whether they are in network with your insurance.

You are greeted by name and escorted into a super clean environment filled with an air purifier, a vacuum used during treatment for dental work and of course instruments cleaned straight from the autoclave not to mention a tv if you want to watch your favorite show . Dr Auster knows what she is doing and executes her craft with great dexterity and skill . Her work lasts for years. I have recommended her practice to all my extended family and now to you the inquiring public.

Ali Pepe: Have you ever had a fear of going to the dentist as majority of people do? Then you must go see Dr. Howard Fine, DMD dentist (not to be confused with the orthodontist by same name). This Dr. is a special one of a kind dentist. Patient and fall down funny. He is willing to explain to you what will occur whether that is from the bi-annual cleaning or the harder stuff like shaving your tooth down for a root canal/cap. I grew up hating dentists. Met him and while I would be not speaking truth to say I go every six months with glee, I do no such thing, however, when I do go in and see him, I dont freak out and he knows his stuff, doesnt get short and knows how to calm people down. So do yourself a favor, brush your teeth and get into to see him. Hours at work make it difficult, BONUS - He will work to ACCOMODATE!!! Who has ever heard of such a thing!?! He speaks it in early morning (8am out before 9am to get to work) or evening (after 5pm).
