Second was a shop in Queens that wanted me to replace my rack and pinion for nearly $3k after only 35000 miles. Then a friend recommended John for a second opinion, and he traced the problem to another shop’s earlier repair that was under warranty. He won my loyalty with his skill and honesty. I live in Manhattan, but I will happily make the trip again in the future. This is a video of him showing me the fitment issue with a strut that was installed during that earlier repair.
