5 /5 Paul Rodriguez: I have been using Mineola Jericho auto body for about 15 years when my first car ever got damaged. At the time I was in my early 20s and new to the adulting world and Doug truly took care of me. I have since then always brought any of my vehicles and have recommended several people all of whom have had positive experiences. Doug is a straight shooter who sticks to business and is always looking to help a customer out where he can. The shop does amazing work and tries to make the entire process as convenient as possible. Flexible with how and when you pay I have never felt this kind of "we will work with" feeling ever for anything dealing with a car. A+ service and A+ work

1 /5 Michael McNamee: There is many things wrong with this business. First off after I got into my accident, I needed to tow from Garden City to Mineola… their shop was the shop that towed my car. They charged me $515 and the owner refused to let me go in my car to grab my personal belongings. I had to contact the police to get into my car over the weekend. Lastly, as I was moving my car out of the shop because I did not want them working on my car, the owner was moving my car off the tow truck and proceeded to damage my car even more, running over my front driver side tire. The car may have not been totaled before this occurred, but after the thief of a owner moved it off the lift it was most definitely totaled. I would not recommend anybody using this business unless you want your car to get even more screwed up. Attached you will see before and after pictures. Never use them!

5 /5 Richard Brooks: I brought my truck in for a driver side window glass replacement. The work was done quickly, neatly and every interaction I had with the owner and staff was delightful. I’d highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for all auto body needs. 10/10.

2 /5 Kyle Morris: I made changes to my review it seems they do good body work but do shady practices in a time where young people pay close attention to reviews in my situation i bought my car originally with a right cracked mirror and changed it myself they added a non Honda mirror and stole my OEM part I posted pictures of when i originally bought my mirror 2017 on my car purchase and a picture of what the inside of the mirror looked like at the time and backing plate, they went through the effort to add a broken mirror and steal my part when all i needed was a fender and front bumper change It’s sad that the owner Douglas does these practices as his shop does do good work now his decent work is overlooked by dirty practices As a young 21 year old looking out for everyone my age group it is not wise to be serviced by a place that cannot be trusted especially in a time where cost of living is outrageous

1 /5 Deja Futrell-Francois: Leaving work my car was hit and I was taken to the hospital. When I found out where my car was the Geico rep told me to leave it there until I received a estimate. By the time I received a estimate they were already fixing my car. After fixing my car which too well over the estimated time, I had to return 4 times. 3 because my window kept falling and once because they forgot to put a screw in my hood. Driving down the street I could see the hood flapping up and down. Doug the owner made me pay out of pocket for a mistake they had done. Not before holding my car hostage when I refused to pay for something that was suppose to be fixed and wasn’t. I had to call the police to come to the shop so that I could pay and receive my car back. I would never under any circumstances go back there. When your car is in a accident you have a write to choose. They gave me no choice two months after my accident I was still returning to the shop for repairs that should have been fixed or should not have been in the first place. The workers are not certified he is and he does t fix cars they do. He had the painter assembling my door with the window. He told me his self that that wasn’t his job. The man that fixed my hood just kept apologizing because he said he was handling too many jobs and forgot... Do not go here
