5 /5 Susan Gibbs: Very confusing yesterday. I explained to AAA that I was hearing disabled and was told to text. Most of the replies seemed automated. Monnat was closing soon and AAA was slow. Excellent job by repair worker. He came by in his personal vehicle, saw the damage ( not a flat tire, but an exploded tire when I must have hit a pothole.). Worker drove me to my husbands workplace and we had a friend drive us home. Worker also towed car to repair shop....all after hours! Tire is replaced and we will deal with cosmetic repairs. Monnat has excellent professional and compassionate workers.
