kai lin: Its terrible that a patient in pain has to wait for more than 7 hours. Unless the pain is so severe that he goes into shock or collapses, the medical staff will push him in. It hurts so much that Ive been waiting for 5 hours and I really want to give up, but it really hurts, what should I do? I hope the relevant departments will pay attention to this matter!

Milagros Savoca: My experience with this hospital has been overwhelmingly positive, from the emergency room to the fourth floor, where my mother was a patient. The care provided by the nursing staff, including Lisa, Samantha, and Priya, was exceptional. The support staff ensured that my mothers personal care needs were met with dignity and respect. As I navigated the decision to transition my mother to hospice care at home, the hospital staff provided invaluable guidance and support. I highly recommend this hospital and hope that a benefactor will consider donating funds to upgrade their medical equipment, including beds that rotate and provide alternating vibrations, to enhance patient care and outcomes. Kris Donaphin: This was my first time coming here and I have no complaints. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk AND I was seen on time for my appointment which was such a shock to me since I’m so used to waiting to see a doctor. No exagerating I sat for 1 minute before they called my name, I was still filling out the new patient intake paperwork which I ended up completed in the exam room! I was seen by Dr. Saffa Ahmad who is very patient and listened to everything I had to say. It was comforting not to feel rushed at all. She also provided me with good explanations, advice/course of action. Had I paid attention to the negative reviews prior to going I might have scheduled with another practice but I went on the reviews that I read about doctor Ahmad specifically and I’m glad a I did.

T: The doctor Hassanien Aya need more training to be doctor she doesn’t know what she has to do. I went to see her to get physical check up and had some other problems. When I was telling her I need physical check up too and then she was asking me madly why didn’t you told me? Gave me bad attitude. I don’t know why. Then she tell me I have to make appointment again for physical. She didn’t do physical and sent me home. Look like she came over there for fight with patients Instead of take care patients. I will never see her again and I will definitely not recommend her.

Stacey Hu: I sincerely appreciate all of the staff on the 5th floor when I delivered my first baby here last year. Labor is truly a very scary time, but with the right support team, anything is possible. My L&D nurse Desiree dedicated her whole 12 hour shift coming in and out of my room to ensure that mom and baby were doing well, helping me adjust to different laboring positions, and being there for me physically and emotionally. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Rai, was awesome, and gave an amazing epidural. My postpartum nurses and CNAs were so caring for both me and my baby. All the residents and doctors were so friendly and professional. My cousin delivered here a few months after and they had a great experience as well! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the wonderful staff here on the 5th floor. They ensured the safety of both me and my baby which is the top priority. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you, keep doing what you are doing because you guys are amazing!

emilia co: This morning, I attempted to schedule an appointment with an OB-GYN. Despite speaking with and being transferred to FIVE individuals, I have been unable to successfully book the appointment. The process has been exceedingly frustrating, as I have spent one hour waiting and speaking with receptionists, yet have not received any solutions and have been given misleading information.

Anthony: Doctor Michael is great but his front desk told me I needed to pay a $60 copay in cash when later my insurance billed me and said I only needed to have paid $20. This is pretty much theft on their end. Not only of my money but of my time as I had to wait 3 hours just to see the doctor.

Gretel Smith: My experience at this CityMD was good. All personnel from the gentleman at the front desk, the nurse, the Xray tech and the doctor were all professional. I would recommend this CityMD to family and friends.
