2 /5 Victoria St. Clair: I like that upon walking in, you dont have to take a while to begin services. I went on a Thursday at 7 pm and it wasnt really busy so that was good.
I had a polish change on my toes and a full set of acrylic nails. They were quick, but it didnt feel rushed. The area is clean, and the decor is nice. Even the bathroom is nice.
What I didnt like is at both people I went to (toes and fingers), they continued to suggest I get services I did not want. I wanted something simple and I didnt like the pushy behavior there. The toes were not neatly done but the fingers were better. They asked me to add on more and then told me the new cost near the end of the service. Thats not even the worst part. The person who did my nails continued to jab her fingers and nails into my nails to separate my skin from my nails to get a good angle to file. She did it so deeply it cut into my skin (photo attached). Its 3 days later and it still has a full pain. That emphasis on filing the edges of my nail wasnt even worth it because the sides of my nails are missing color.
Its overpriced for services that arent worth it.
