1 /5 gabby forte: discusting. catorlina gave me the worst attitude. too much to say on a review but iāve been a client about 4 times and never had this problem. told her what i wanted, did the complete opposite, and the manager later told me they couldnāt do medium length in sns, when that shouldāve been told to be beforehand because i wouldāve never had this problem, they still charged me for āāactive nailsā when these are clearly short. nail tech was eating food, on the phone, and even put her hand to my face to wait 2 times. i told her specifically what i wanted in the beginning and like i said, it couldnāt be done and that shouldāve been told to me in the beginning. didnāt even ask if the length was okay or what i wanted, just did what she wanted. also spoke bad about me in spanish thinking i wouldnāt understand but i clearly did. overpriced and not worth it!
