1 /5 Melanie Groah: Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I’ll note that I have been here twice before and had lovely other employees take care of me. Not today! The most rude person I have ever had did my nails. I believe she was at station 4. She was very hard handling my hands, she cut my finger which made it bleed, didn’t even apologize, pushed my hands away to dry each time. Wouldn’t talk to me at all when I only spoke to her twice nicely. I 12/10 do not recommend ever stepping foot in this place. I will never go back here. I am a very kind person and have never felt so poorly about a self care service. Do better!!!

5 /5 Lindsey Wait: This place is the best! I was running around after work and didn’t end up getting here until 7:25. They were more than willing to take me for my acrylic fill even thought they close at 8. The owner stayed just to have me as their client. She did not rush, she was kind and she has her work down to a science. More than pleased with the results. Many colors to choose from and very affordable as well. I will be coming back!

1 /5 DEMETREHA BEBERAGGI: Do not I repeat do not go here for service especially with Nancy chair 4. She is very rude and all over the place. She did a horrible job and when ask can she fix she refused and said no honey this good work. Now tell me is this good work ? Then had the nerves to beg for a tip. I left and went to Lavender nails on union Street in Schenectady they need the department of health to check that place as well yuck they do not sterilize nothing. Nancy is a horrible person and needs to be fired asap. My little sister that’s 8 years old could have did a better job

I sat soaking off my previous ANC for quite a long time before my service began, and then still left disappointed. I would’ve rather been told they didn’t have availability than been squeezed in and a poor job done.

Olivia Huffman: needed a nail appointment at the last minute and I was looking for a nail technician who specializes in hard gel. I prefer hard gel because I have a habit of biting my nails, and I find it convenient to get refills instead of having to remove everything. Moreover, I believe acrylic nails contain toxic chemicals that I want to avoid. Fortunately, the nail technicians at Golden Nails were able to fit me in within 48 hours of my call and they were very professional. I opted for a painted pedicure and soft gel on top of my hard gel with tips for my short and challenging nails. Im not great at picking colors, but the staff was very patient with me and helped me choose colors that matched both my toes and fingers. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Golden Nails to anyone.

Jojo Wilson: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one I have to..the one talked lady who did my nails was absolutely terrible. She didn’t speak any English ANY Or at least was ignoring me, but she had her nail bit on way too high. She kept burning me With the nail file, all of my fingers are cut and she left my nails super super chunky. BUT What good I do have to say about this whole experience is that the older gentleman heard me complaining and he personally re did them for me and he made them look very very good. There is a shorter lady there and her work is absolutely amazing!

I would definitely recommend this nail salon to individuals whove never gotten their nail done and individuals who love to make their nails look beautiful and trendy. Madina: The review is for “NA NAIL SPA” not anyone previous to June.. itI recently went to a nail salon for the first time with my sister. Shes been a regular customer there for a couple of years. I ended up spending around $65 for a manicure with a design (I have naturally long nails, so it might cost more for others). I think the quality of service justifies the price. If I lived closer, it would definitely be my go-to place. The staff was really friendly, even though we hadnt made an appointment. And I absolutely love how my nails turned out! My sister got her nails done there too, and shes happy with them as well.
