5 /5 Shannon Kelly: My experience with Ryan was great! I hate getting my nails done to be honest! Ryan made it better. He was pleasant, fast and careful all at the same time! He showed that he cared about what my nails looked like and assured I was happy with the outcome. He suggested adding a shiny silver line, even after closing time to make sure I was satisfied. As you can see I decided I like them the way they were. He was def tired after a long day and didn’t have to do that. Thank you! Definitely giving 5 stars after todays visit . My other experiences have always been pleasant as well!

5 /5 Jackie DeVuyst: I have been going to New New Nails for years now, and they always give exceptional service! I had a pedicure today with Ben. He was meticulous and the massage was so relaxing. Ring did my manicure, which was also amazing. They are the best nail salon around, hands down! They truly care about giving the best customer experience. I won’t anywhere else.

4 /5 delight bhonda: l am satisfied with the service at this spa. i did get annoyed three times at one point when they damaged my cuticles and filed me so bad it was painful for days to wash hands. The other time they made me pay for shaping my nails that were already shaped and the third time the same nail design l was charged more money for the same thing. I always stick to a type of routine with my nails. i did however decide to keep going and see what happens and l am glad l stayed. I just gave 4 star for the times l got annoyed but they actually do a good job! I intend to stay there.
