1 /5 Luz Daniela De Luna: The worst hospital ever. I have been sick for two months, the girl who helped me had to do an ultrasound to see what situation I had and because my blood came out negative “not pregnant” she sent me home. Today I am at Mount Sinai with the same situation and they immediately took me to the emergency room, changed my clothes, 3 doctors have come and I have only been here for an hour. I went to 168th at 01:00 pm and left at 02:33 am with the only news that I am not pregnant and to come back if I keep vomiting, if clearly my problem is my stomach not a pregnancy. They should change all the personnel, those including students who do not even know how to put an injection. The one who helped me to I had to tell her where the vein was since she did not know what she was doing. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

1 /5 Carmona Design Interiors & Spec Books: If I could get a lawyer to sue this hospital, I would! The way I was treated while having surgeries for cancer was horrific!!! Because I chose not to vaccinate, They treated me like a second class citizen, I did not get food for a full day, And they wouldn’t let my husband come into the building to bring me food from outside. The nurse Busted vein while taking blood , And was annoyed with me that it happened … The doctor just Pulled out the drains after the surgery in the way that was so painful. I nearly fainted.! Stitches opened up after surgery and took the doctor four days to call me back to make a zoom as if she can fix it in a Zoom call. Had to redo surgery, Waited for hours Just to find out that there was nobody in the room by the doctor. Run for their life. Absolutely not recommending.

1 /5 Ronelda Jackson: Your nursing staff in the emergency room sucks. They don’t care all they do is run their mouths talking about other people instead of doing their jobs. Let’s start with I entered the hospital 3/10/25 around 9:30am. I walked in was triaged and was called to the back. The first night normal monitoring and questions then normal being informed I would be admitted standard for me. Now next day I ask a physician why on my app was all my work (blood urine ext) so elevated she told me not to worry bout them numbers what you mean this my life high numbers don’t always mean good things. The she asked me why I don’t take narcotics at home I told her I have a 4 and a 7 year old at home. She then says i should be taken them because i have little ones at home . I have never in my 44 years on this earth having sickle cell has had a doctor first thing say to take narcotics . Wtf so then the nurse started ignoring me not giving meds I had 2 different doctors enter 2 different orders for me to still be in pain and be ignored for 2 hours. I was in so a much pain they told me if I didn’t do my cat scan in the pain I was in I would have to wait 8 hrs mind you this is 7:30pm on 3/11/25. I have been coming to this hospital from when my daughter was born she is now 25 years old. And this is the worst treatment I have ever received. I don’t know maybe short staffed staff not trained well . Staff just plain don’t care then they shouldn’t work here. Columbia Presbyterian do better. It is currently 8:39pm 3/11/25 and still no meds still in pain sad just sad

1 /5 Anhanyers Gonzalez: I gave it one start because I can’t give it a cero start. I came to the Presbyterian emergency room on March 22nd at 10:30 with a sprain ankle in a lot of pain. There is no staff on the station. I’ve been waiting for more than 5 hours with no pain medication, no nurse, no doctor to come see me. Went to ask about the doctor or any pain medication and I was told I have to wait till a doctor picks up my case, to go back to my room. The only reason I came to this hospital was because was the nearest hospital but the service is horrible and the way the talk to people even worse.
