2 /5 BHA: I want to say NEVER been to this business, Niagara Automotive , , I was going to bring vehicle for inspection, cause tried being it Lockport NY, , after reading the stories ,I was horrified . I just want to say I think these people telling the truth I dont even know these persons, but never read such bad review on any web site eveR blew me away such bad reviews

1 /5 Krystle Hughson: Asked Rodney to look over everything as my wifes vehicle was leaking oil. He called me and said it was from the oil pan and would be $1300. Then the following day he called and said it needed a water pump and would bring the total to $1409. When we went to get it he said they test drove it and everything was all good. I paid him in full and we drove away and I didnt even get to the end of the road and had to stop because it was shaking so bad. We turned around amd went right back and his guy looked at it. It was not shaking when we took it to him. After an hour he said it was an O2 sensor and he put a new one in. As we were leaving he came out with another bill of $120 and said just mail me a check. Like WHAT!!!! LONG STORY SHORT we have her car back. Will not be returning!!

5 /5 Andrea Lynn: Rodney does great work.Hes a stand up guy and has very reasonable prices. Also doesnt BS you bout what needs to be done, only recommends what he thinks is absolutely needed at the time and may recommend something if he thinks it may be needed in the hear future, but will let you know of that. Only place I go to take my vehicle.
