1 /5 Charles Marino: They send you a text message confirmation with the facility address in it as a click able link. When you click the link, it takes you to a place where the office is not located. Then, you arrive late to your appointment and are forced to wait for an extended period of time because this office sent you to the wrong place.

1 /5 The Professor Says: This office is by far the worst establishment I have ever been to. I would leave no stars if it were possible. The Doctors office and staff were very unprofessional, unaccomodating, and downright rude. All they care about is billing your insurance and getting home on time. Absolutely disgusting that a system like Langone would run an office with awful customer service and business practices. Avoid this office like the plague. Don’t stop running until you’ve arrived at a different gastro. If you do go, you get what you deserve. You’ve been warned.
