Efros Orthodontics - Previously Sunshine Smiles - rhinebeck - Rhinebeck meghan jennings: Over the weekend my daughters appliance popped up off her teeth over the weekend. I called knowing they were closed but hoping they had an emergency number linked to their vm. I recieved a text with the emergency number which i tried calling for hours and it just kept saying user busy. Found another number on their website that was disconnected. Left a vm on their machine assuming id get a call back today which i didnt. I ended up taking my daughter to an on call emergency dentist at 6 pm in crappy wearher for them to bend the appliance back behind her teeth to relieve the pain she was in. Google said they were opened so i called and sure enough a man with an accent answered. I explained to him the situation and how i had to pay 600 out of pocket for that which could have been avoided had they had proper numbers listed/texted for patients. He told me he didnt know what i was talking about. He gave me 3 morning times for emergency appointment tomorrow and I asked if he could schedule my daughter in the afternoon tomorrow as my mother in law is bringing her and has pt until 11:30. The response i got was if its truly an emergency youd get here if your that worried. So i said well according to online loose or falling out appliances is an emergency what exactly do you consider and emergency and he said well if her mouth isnt bleeding its not emergent and i said well according to onlune so are loose appliances and he said yeah according to google. I asked if i could speak with someone else to which i got the response go ahead be ghat person but its only me here. I said listen i work in an office i know you have a manager and theres no way you only have emergency appointments in the morning. He said oh good so you know how it goes then if you work in an office thats great for you. I told him he was extremely rude and hung up. Never in my life have i been treated like this by any so called professional. Its so crazy. I am appalled and i can assure after this whole thing is rectified my kid will never show face in that office again! But according to the previous reciew she cant because of her State Funded Insurance anyway which is nuts to not be able to see someone mid treatment. Id stay as far from this company as possible if you can. 2 years weve been going there and ive never been treated this way! Id give no stars if i could
