1 /5 Claudine DeVelvis: First, the entire office is rushed in Riverhead. Runs like a factory. Very disappointed with Dr. Davey- first time in my 50 years, I walked out of an appointment. He was cold, disinterested and rushed me. At one point, he chuckled at my symptoms. I explained my constant post nasal drip and cough for months. He kept saying, "oh, so you had a cold." Very dismissive. No eye contact until he quickly presented me with the Novocain for my sinuses. At that point, I had to just leave. Dr is a poor listener and insensitive. Good news- I called and spoke to office manager and she was apologetic. Wasnt looking for a red carpet, but I expected to be treated like a human. I get better treatment at the local walk-in.
