5 /5 Nikki Cook: Every doctor I have dealt with their were very kind,knowledgeable and trustworthy..I have had Lisa for awhile now and even switched from Bath to Penn Yan just to stay with her because she is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐all the way around the board!!!She brought me out of a very dark place and Im not out of the woods yet but she actually cares and researches different things I bring to her attention to see if they would work for me.. Excellent experience with her every single time!

5 /5 Mary Glaccum: Called and got my appointment set and it was very easy! staff is very friendly and judgement free. Waiting room time is typical and you can tell they are all working very diligently when tou are there. Once I met the nurse she was smiley and friendly and funny, helpful and sweet. Bur when I met my Dr. I was shocked to find out just how amazing she is! Shannon Trottier is absolutley fantastic and she really took her time to get to know me and was very charismatic and had such a lovely vibrant energy about her. When I told her my needs she met them imediatley and helped me fast. Ive only gone 2 or 3 times now but I can tell shes gonna be one of the best Dr.s Ill ever have!
