5 /5 Kelly Russo: I love Jenni!!! She was my nail tech when she worked at Ly Nails in Crossgates and I followed her here. She has never did a bad job with my nails or eyebrows. Every time I come see her I bring her a picture of how I want my nails done and she does it exactly how I want.

1 /5 Serena Ashley-Ortiz: Prices not posted, they come up with their own. Also they messed up my daughters nails and had to redo them, then charged her 78 for not pretty nails. The owner gave her attitude on the phone and hung up on her when she had a question. Very unprofessional and we wont be back. This isnt 1990s right... As the owner said while hanging up on my kid.

2 /5 Vonda C: I asked for a basic pedicure. I picked out my nail color and she came over with another similar color and asked if that one was okay. What she didn’t say (or I didn’t understand because she didn’t speak English) was that the new color she picked out was gel and cost $10 more. I got ripped off without even knowing it. Sadly, because they didn’t care or take care of the situation, I won’t be going back.
