2 /5 Justin Zoladz: Staff on site was friendly and helpful with what they could control, however, I did not get my blood drawn because of unclear policy for a self-pay blood draw. Seems the staff member should have the ability to take my blood, take my payment, and send the sample to the lab for testing. It isnt a complicated process. I wanted an analysis done and was ready to pay as needed but somehow had to walk away without getting my blood drawn only to have to jump through additional hoops and waste more time coming to the office again.

5 /5 Momma OMany: Made an 8:30 am appointment, signed in via the app, and was seen by 9. Very kind phlebotomist, very gentle with the needle as well. It was VERY busy but they were very quick to move people through. Definitely DO NOT go to this location without an appointment...its very busy. Definitely recommend.

1 /5 Harmony Huttenmaier: If I could give zero stars I would. Sitting there for over an hour with an appointment is a waste of time. Every walk in got called before me. Don’t go here!

5 /5 Kelli Putney: I was helped by JENNA and she was absolutely fantastic! It was the best customer service Ive received in years--literally! My doctors office had made a mistake and never sent my prescription, even though they told me they had done so. Jenna was so professional. She called them and asked them to fax it to the Lockport location (where I had made my appointment). She then had me wait in a private area while she took care of other patients, which I totally understood. They finally sent the fax and Jenna did my bloodwork. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful representative of Quest!

4 /5 KT: I read the other reviews and was very worried since I dont like getting blood work done- but I did not have those experiences and had a really great one! I received a text check in about 30 mins before my appt. I was able to check in via my phone 10 mins before my appt time instead of using the check in Kiosk. I was only 1 of 2 ppl in the waiting room- It was a friday afternoon. Within 3 mins of checking in, I was called back for my blood test. I had Liane- she was awesome and so kind! I was in and out within maybe 15 mins. I think the key to not waiting is going on the off times. Yes, it sucks to fast all day but you will not have to wait as long.
