5 /5 Kelli Putney: I was helped by JENNA and she was absolutely fantastic! It was the best customer service Ive received in years--literally! My doctors office had made a mistake and never sent my prescription, even though they told me they had done so. Jenna was so professional. She called them and asked them to fax it to the Lockport location (where I had made my appointment). She then had me wait in a private area while she took care of other patients, which I totally understood. They finally sent the fax and Jenna did my bloodwork. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful representative of Quest!
