5 /5 K: I went in to Rainbow Nail & Spa for the first time. After looking at the mixed reviews, i can honestly say that my personal experience was great. It’s a family atmosphere; yes it may not be your typical ‘bougie’ salon, but they had the tools they needed to do the job. I think folks should give this place a chance and be open minded with the process and if a situation occurs; mistakes happen and we cannot let it ruin our day. It’s best to work together to find a solution. I should have asked the price before i made the reservation so i had to deal with the total. I paid 43 for pedicure, and 35 for manicure. The lady did nudge for me to give a tip and i felt bad if i said no so i put in 5 bucks. She did try to sell me their other services in the beginning but i kindly declined. They’re just doing what every business does, i think it’s good to support our local nail salons. Nonetheless, nails were beautiful, and the workers were very nice. Just always make sure to prepare yourself with the price no matter where you get your nails done :)
