Philip Denue: Have had a number of issues with the billing and admin team. More importantly my daughter had them repair a broken tooth which required a filling, and I was charged around $700. Days later the filling fell out and she started having pain in the tooth which she didn’t prior. She didn’t want to go back here so went to another dentist who said the work was done improperly and it was now infected but recommended going back to Columbia dental because they should fix it with no additional charge since it was there mistake and it would be an additional $700 for him to do it. After going back and forth hand delivering x-rays and multiple visits Columbia said that they would correct it but I would be charged for the work because they don’t feel it was because of their incompetence. I strongly recommend finding a better practice than this one.
