5 /5 Skyler Gernstl: I came in today as I got sick of waking up with bed head. I have a professional job that requires me to have well kept hair. I was pressed for time, and reached out to see if they could squeeze me into their schedule. The stylist names Lauren was able to get me in, situate my messy hair, making it look absolutely amazing, clean, and fresh before I had to go to work. She was able to keep a good friendly conversation going, and was very professional. I will definitely keep them in mind for future cuts. Their rates are lower than expected as well. Definitely enjoyed them and would recommend them to other people. I may even be taking my son there soon for his very first hair cut (its needed). Thank you so much Lauren for being so amazing, both at your job but also personable!!

5 /5 Makayla: This is by far the best hair salon I have been too! Lauren listens to what you want and does a very nice job. She also is very personable, and nice. I got a hair trim wash and blow out and it turned out so good! This is my go-to hair salon, and I will continue to get my hair done there!!

Lauren did an excellent job cutting my curly hair after another hairdresser hacked & took off my medium-long hair to a very short cut when I said keep the bottom length but cut the layers about 1 to 1-1/4 off. Needless to say after the hack job my curls made it look even shorter & I didnt get another haircut for 3 months til I found Lauren, showed her the before hack job pics & after hack job pic. Lauren was sympathetic and cut my hair exactly as I requested. Definitely recommend Lauren, especially if u have curly hair.

5 /5 Rykki Hoad: Omg had the best experience at Refresh! Lauren did these beautiful braids on me and I couldn’t love them more! The salon was beautiful and clean and Lauren was so sweet and personable and funny. I’ll definitely be returning to get more braids done!
