1 /5 Daisy Ladd: Went to get a pedicure and full set, wanted the pink and white ombré for both they told me I could only get French tip on my toes so I said okay then they tried to tell me I could only get French tip on my fingers and that was it so I said never mind I’ll just get my toes done then. I then left unsatisfied they didn’t do anything right about the pedicure at all and then charged me $82! When I went to say something about the price not being right they immediately jumped down my throat and said it was for color and this and that and I didn’t even get color! They were mad I didn’t want them to do my nails as well and overcharged me and left me with a terrible pedicure. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

1 /5 Angela Fratta: Not only did I get the worst set of acrylic nails done at Royal Nails, but when I came back the owner was very rude and nasty about taking them off and getting a refund. I was denied a refund and told I would have to pay extra to get them taken off. All of the polish was uneven and thick, and the tips all pointed upward, pulling my nails with them. I would not ever recommend this place to anybody I knew.

I had an appointment with Sara, and at first some difficulties arose due to the unfamiliarity with my short lashes, but she was super quick to arrange another appointment just so I would feel happy with my end results. She was very nice, and cared about each clients’ experiences and lashes. My lashes came out great. She understood what I wanted and succeeded in the end. I already have my weekly fill appointment set up, I will definitely go back! The service was fast, the people were professional, yet caring, and the place was beautiful and clean! As a college student, I’ve been looking for a good lash spa in Oswego, and other places don’t compare with prices and services. Try Sonabella before anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed!

Jeanette Boyer: I usually go to this salon and get my nails done. Usually simple things, but they always come out great. Yesterday evening I went and asked for a french ombre, and they are nothing like the picture I showed them or even ombré in general. They unfortunately look like over growth of my nail by the way the pink color was placed. The white wasn’t blended properly. And it wasn’t cheap either. Not to mention the lady who did my nails did not seem happy to even have me as her customer, shook my fingers a few times out of frustration because I was “too tense” at times. I didn’t appreciate feeling uncomfortable for the hour I was there.

Overall they are a little pricey but there is no pressure to get services that you do not want and they have a full service spa with facials, pedicures, body work etc. I highly recommend.
