5 /5 Warren James: Ive been happier ever since I started coming here for hair cuts. The atmosphere of both the workers/stylists and the customers is always pleasant and sometimes almost fun. Andrea is true gem as she always recognizes my name and remembers my pretty standard hair trimming style even if I go 4 months without a cut. She always strikes a conversation that relates to how my life has been progressing as she usually remembers what we talked about 4 months prior... Ive been a happy customer for nearly 2 years and hope to keep my services here for as long as Im an Oswegonian.

She is kind and thoughtful and knows how i like my hair but also suggests how i might like another style too! She also styles my grand daughters hair She took care of my thin hair, my falling out chemo hair and now my crazy growing in thicker and frizzy hair!

Ive since moved South of Utica, but love the staff so much that I still make the drive every four weeks to get my style on. The staff is friendly and very talented - they KNOW hair. Id never trust another salon to color or cut my locks. Theyre also wizards with wax...my eyebrows look fabulous thanks to RWS.
